    • Tip: If your OTP doesn’t come through, remove the "0" in front of your mobile number and try again.

    • Still stuck? You can submit your review via WhatsApp instead (no login needed), or reach out to us at admin@hellopeter.com.

  2. Start: Click the "Write a Review" button at the top of the page.

  3. Details: Enter the company name, select their industry, and give your star rating.

  4. Write: Share your experience clearly and honestly.

How to Edit or Delete a Review

Can I edit my review? Once a review is published, you cannot change the original text. This preserves the integrity of the record.

  • The Solution: You can post an Update or a Reply alongside your original review. This allows you to add new information or confirm if the issue was resolved.

Can I delete my review? Yes. If you wish to remove your review entirely:

  1. Log in to your Hellopeter profile.

  2. Navigate to "My Reviews".

  3. Select the option to remove the review.
