Be Respectful: Avoid offensive, abusive, threatening, or discriminatory language. Even if you are angry, keep it constructive.
No Personal Attacks: Do not name individual employees’ full names or make defamatory legal accusations you cannot support.
No Spam: Do not post advertising or promotional content.
One Review per Experience: Do not submit duplicate reviews for the same issue.

Be Specific: Don't just say "Service was bad." Explain what happened and why it mattered.
Include Evidence: Always include dates, where the experience occurred and as much information without sharing personal information.
Exclude Personal Information: Do not share phone numbers, email addresses, passwords, pin numbers or other personal information. Our system will automatically mask certain personal information.
Stay Balanced: A factual, balanced review carries more weight than an emotional rant. Follow our content guidelines.
Update It: If the business fixes your issue, share that experience. It shows fairness and encourages businesses to help others.
Can I edit my review? Once a review is published, you cannot change the original text. This preserves the integrity of the record.
The Solution: You can post an Update or a Reply alongside your original review. This allows you to add new information or confirm if the issue was resolved.
Can I delete my review? Yes. If you wish to remove your review entirely:
Log in to your Hellopeter profile.
Navigate to "My Reviews".
Select the option to remove the review.
